    If you register via the International Leprosy Congress (ILC) Bali website, your ticket issuance and transaction receipt will be automatically processed by the system and sent to your email.

  • Can I review the payment steps if I forget the bank account number for the transfer?

    Certainly, you can go to the Profile page and click the "Pay Now" button on your unpaid invoice.

  • How can I ensure that my payment has been received?

    You can confirm that your payment has been received by clicking the "I Have Paid" button on your unpaid invoice. If your payment is successful, a "Paid Invoice" will appear.

  • Can I view and re-download my registration confirmation?

    Absolutely, you can go to the Profile page and click the "Download" button on your registration confirmation.

  • Can I change my payment method if I haven’t made the payment yet?

    Of course, you can change your payment method by clicking the "Change Payment Method" button on your unpaid invoice in your Profile page. You will then be redirected to the Checkout page, where you can change the payment method for your invoice.

  • What should I do if I can't select a workshop?

    Please log in and check your ticket status to see if there are any unpaid workshop transactions.

  • Initially, I wanted to attend two workshop sessions, but I decided to attend only one. Can I change this?

    If your invoice status is unpaid, you can cancel the invoice on the Profile page. However, if your invoice has already been paid, you cannot do this, as our registration system does not process refunds.

  • Can I cancel my registration and get a refund after paying the fee for ILC 2025?

    No, once the registration fee is paid, it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled. We recommend reviewing all details before completing your payment.
